Choosing Accessories For Your Custom Board

Whilst custom boards can be extremely useful for a number of workplaces, including classrooms, offices and even shops, you will need some equally useful accessories to ensure that you are using the board to the best of its ability. There are a number of different accessory brands and products currently on the market that can allow you to use your board as functionally and efficiently as possible.

Whiteboard markers: Never attempt to use permanent markers or other kinds of text as on your custom board. Instead, only use pens that have specifically designed for use on a whiteboard. Many people tend to look for markers that are non-toxic and low odor so that they are much more safe for use in most environments. You are also given the choice between which nib you would like to use, including bullet-tip, chisel-tip and fine-point.

Whiteboard erasers: In many respects, this is the most important accessory that you will own for your custom board. Erasers are available in all shapes and sizes, meaning that they can tackle anything from the largest to the smallest erasing jobs. It is even possible to find erasers that can be used on both whiteboards and chalkboards, meaning that you don't have to switch between the two.

Cleaning products: To ensure that your board remains in the same condition that you purchased it in, it is important that you regularly clean and maintain it. This means that you will need to have a range of suitable cleaning products on hand, including: sprays, wipes, and permanent ink removers. Each of these products has been specifically designed for use on whiteboards and will remove stains with ease.

Whiteboard magnets: If you had the foresight to invest in a magnetic custom board, you will probably find that having some magnets on hand will be highly useful. These magnets are available in all shorts of shapes and sizes - from plain ones that are so small they often go unnoticed to extravagant ones that are in the shape of letters or animals - meaning that you will find a type to suit your needs.
Having the right sort of accessories on hand will ensure that you are able to use your custom board to the best of its ability. Not only will you be getting your money's worth, you will make your life much easier. Whilst the vital accessories are markers and erasers, it is also worth having a cleaning product or two on hand and some magnets if they will be able to adhere to your board.
